Connexcenter SA is a Belgian licensed alarm receiving centre (ARC / "centrale d'alarme autorisée") founded in 2002 and operationally licensed in 2004, based in Enghien (Edingen), Hainaut. It provides 24/7 monitoring and response for burglary, fire, medical and technical/industrial alarms, dispatching police, fire brigade or technical teams and filtering false alarms. The business is built on a dealer/installer-partner model: it works with certified burglar- and fire-alarm installers who bring in end customers, while also holding direct client monitoring relationships (B2B and B2C). Remote video surveillance compatibility is supported in coordination with the installer. The centre is certified to EN 50518, ISO 9001:2015 and Incert (TB-0006). As of July 2022 the company is part of Securitas (via its acquisition of Stanley Security Belgium).
