Den Jyske Kontrolcentral (DJK) is a Danish alarm receiving / central monitoring station headquartered in Esbjerg, Jutland. It operates a 24/7/365 staffed control centre handling intrusion, technical, GPS, elevator, video and personal-safety/care alarms for both residential and commercial customers. DJK works largely through an installer/dealer channel: its ServiceWEB portal lets installers manage their own customer accounts and reports, positioning DJK as the installers' wholesale monitoring partner. The centre offers proactive video monitoring with intelligent video analytics and two-way audio so operators can challenge intruders on site.
