DeterTech (formerly The SmartWater Group; rebranded September 2022, PE-backed by Freshstream) is a UK and European provider of intelligence-led, predominantly temporary site security for commercial and industrial sectors such as construction, civil engineering, critical infrastructure, renewable energy, rail, utilities and vacant property. It directly supplies its own hardware (PID360 perimeter intrusion detection, DTSentinel rapid-deployment CCTV towers, mobile CCTV) plus SmartWater forensic marking, and operates its own in-house Alarm Receiving Centre staffed by SIA-licensed operators. The ARC monitors thousands of sites 24/7/365 and visually verifies and escalates 100 percent of activations within 47 seconds.
