G4S (Botswana) Limited is a professional security services company and a subsidiary of Allied Universal, listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE:G4S). It provides manned guarding, cash solutions, and electronic security/secure monitoring and response. Through a state-of-the-art national control centre in Gaborone it monitors security alarms, electric fences, fire alarms, medical emergency alarms, illegal access signals, vehicle tracking, low-battery alerts, portable panic buttons and CCTV remote images, dispatching trained armed response crews (vehicle-tracked, control-room supervised). It serves residential and commercial/industrial clients directly nationwide, with operations in Gaborone, Francistown, Selebi-Phikwe, Ramotswa, Jwaneng, Lobatse, Palapye, Maun and Kasane, employing around 3,000 staff.
