Monitoreo.com (Agrupación monitoreo.com) is an Argentine alarm-monitoring organization operating since 1988, structured as a non-profit civil association / network ("RED") of independent security professionals across Spanish-speaking Latin America. Its core model is wholesale and BACK-UP monitoring for other alarm companies rather than direct-to-consumer service: member firms use an internet/cloud platform (with Mi Alarma and Mis Abonados mobile apps) to monitor their own subscribers, who "always remain yours." The cloud platform runs on a redundant high-availability architecture with servers distributed across professional datacenters (AWS, Linux). Successor to the earlier "Central de Monitoreo" brand; a founding member of CEMARA, and member of CASEL, ALAS and IRAM.
