PCS Security and Facility Services Limited is a Thai integrated facilities management (IFM) company founded in 1967 and now part of the UK-headquartered OCS Group. It is FM-dominant, providing cleaning, catering, hard services, energy management, landscaping and security across commercial, education, healthcare, hospitality, retail and manufacturing sectors. Security is one service line within the FM portfolio, covering manned guarding, access control, CCTV surveillance, intruder alarm monitoring, security patrols, risk assessment and "Smart/Tech-Enhanced Security Solutions" with remote monitoring and a workforce app (geo-tracking, incident escalation, real-time site monitoring). It serves over 5,000 clients via a network of ~19-20 branches in Thailand, marketed with round-the-clock monitoring and prompt incident response. It is direct/in-house (not a wholesale ARC for dealers). It states ISO 41001 certification (first FM company in Thailand to attain it).
