About Politseiska Okhorona

Politseiska Okhorona (Поліція охорони) is the security/guarding arm of the National Police of Ukraine, established December 7, 2015 as successor to the State Security Service (DSO, 1993). A state-run, direct-to-customer provider operating nationwide, it protects residential apartments, commercial and government facilities, and critical infrastructure, and offers central-station alarm monitoring (ПЦС), physical/armed guarding, cash-and-valuables escort, fire safety, GPS monitoring, panic buttons, plus certification and training. Its monitoring operates 24/7 across more than 200 centralized control centres with roughly 500 armed rapid-response teams that respond to alarms and detain offenders. Monitored systems use brands such as Ajax and Tiras. As a state monopoly-scale operator it anchors pricing for the Ukrainian market.
