It sells monitored intrusion-alarm systems and video-surveillance kits directly to residential customers (homes, apartments) and to businesses (SMEs and large enterprises), bundled with a mobile app (Prosegur Smart). Alarms connect to its 24/7 Central Receptora de Alarmas (CRA) / monitoring centre, where operators verify events using camera images captured before and after the trigger and, on confirmed intrusion, notify police and can dispatch its own motorized Acuda response guards. It is a direct-to-consumer / subscription monitoring operator rather than a wholesale ARC for third-party dealers. Service is offered across Peru including Lima.
