Prosegur Alarmes Portugal is the Portuguese alarm and remote-monitoring arm of the multinational Prosegur group, serving both residential and commercial/SME customers nationwide on a direct-to-consumer model (online quoting, phone sales, no dealer network). It installs intrusion alarms, video surveillance (incl. AI 360 cameras that distinguish people from pets), fire/flood detection, access control and personal SOS services, all managed from its own 24/7 Central Recetora de Alarmes (CRA / iSOC). The centre performs video/visual verification of alarms before notifying police, claims average incident response under 45 seconds, uses redundant/backup infrastructure and dual GPRS+IP communications, and can dispatch its own Acuda response team. Systems are offered with Grade 3 certification.
