Protectas Maroc is the Moroccan subsidiary of Securitas AB (Sweden), operating since 2009 after Securitas acquired 75% of GMCE Gardiennage. It provides commercial/B2B security: manned guarding, mobile patrols, electronic security, video surveillance, remote monitoring and fire safety, serving businesses, multinationals and high-risk sites (e.g. airports) across Morocco, with about half of operations in Casablanca and Rabat. It runs a remote monitoring/alarm-receiving centre stated to meet the French APSAD P3 standard, working in coordination with mobile patrol response. Sold directly to commercial clients (not a wholesale/dealer ARC model). The entity was later acquired by AFMOGROUP and rebranded AFMOS; the Morocco-specific Securitas/Protectas public website no longer resolves to a public page.
