Safeguards (Safeguards G4S) is Malaysia's first local security company, established in 1967 and incorporated in 1973. The Safeguards Group is a diversified conglomerate (cash and security, logistics, IT, fleet management, education, food & beverage) operating across the Asia-Pacific region with more than 15,000 employees. Its security arm provides manned guarding, electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm and intrusion monitoring), and cash solutions, marketed as direct commercial/enterprise services via a nationwide branch network (reported ~35 branches).
