Security Alarm Corporation is a family-owned commercial and residential systems integration company operating in West Florida since 1979. The Company’s headquarters and UL Listed TMA Five Diamond Certified monitoring center is in Port Charlotte, FL. The Company grows organically and through acquisition – Ultimate Security Alarms Inc. was acquired in 2015, Bellemare Total Systems Integration, LLC was acquired in 2018, and Lifeguard Security Systems, Inc. was acquired in 2020. The Company operates a phone monitoring and answering service business under the Port Charlotte Answering Service name. The Company installs, services, and monitors the following commercial and residential products: • Security alarm systems; • Fire alarm systems; • Smart home automation; • Camera surveillance systems; • Access control systems; • Home entertainment and music systems; • Networks and structured cabling; • Distributed antenna systems; • Nurse call systems; • Central vacuum systems; • Swimming pool alarms; and • Internet of things (“IoT”) systems. The Company operates in Florida with a focus on Charlotte, Desoto, Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Lee, Collier, Pasco, and Polk counties.
