SMC runs two ASIAL Grade A1-R1A graded, fully-manned 24/7 control rooms - a Brisbane (Salisbury, QLD) response centre and a Sydney (Rydalmere, NSW) response centre - configured for redundant load-sharing (the highest ASIAL redundant-level rating in Australia).
