Taiwan Secom (中興保全科技, TWSE: 9917), founded 1977, is Taiwan's largest professional security company and the local SECOM joint-venture (SECOM Japan holds ~27%). It provides electronic security monitoring, digital video surveillance, access control, fire/disaster systems and emergency response for both residential and commercial/industrial customers nationwide via its own direct branch network (no dealer/ARC wholesale program). It operates 24/7 control centres in northern (Taipei) and southern (Kaohsiung) Taiwan that monitor alarms across the country, with multiple support centres (information, R&D, customer service, dispatch). On alarm, operators perform video verification, dispatch mobile response teams, and can remotely trigger lighting and audio broadcast deterrence.
