Estech System Co., Ltd. (에스텍시스템) is a South Korean security and facility-services contractor spun off in 1999 from S-1 Corporation (a Samsung Group affiliate) as a 100% employee-owned company specializing in manned guarding. It deploys on-site security personnel to buildings, factories and large apartment complexes for patrol, access control and physical protection, and also offers facility management, fire-prevention services, cleaning, pest control and document destruction. The business model is direct B2B integrated guard-plus-machine-security contracts, with manned guarding making up the large majority of revenue. It employs roughly 9,375 people and reported about KRW 780 billion revenue in FY2021 with an FY2022 forecast near KRW 860 billion (~USD 615M). Headquartered in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, it serves clients nationwide across South Korea.
